Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Attorney at Miller & Stevens Law. The Attorney will work in general civil litigation. The Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, legal writing, participating in ADR, engaging in written discovery or depositions, and drafting legal documents; as well as participate in local networking and marketing efforts on behalf of the firm.
