• Responsibilities
• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and support cases
• Represent clients in criminal law matters, including arraignments, omnibus hearings, and trials
• Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Work directly with clients to provide guidance and updates on their cases
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota (required)
• 0–3 years of experience in family or criminal law (including law clerk or externship experience)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Client-service-oriented mindset
