What You'll Bring:

Up to 1 year of experience in contract drafting and negotiation (including internships, externships, or in-house roles during law school) J.D. from an accredited law school or current 3L graduating this academic year Strong academic performance with excellent written and verbal communication skills Exposure to industries such as technology, social media/ecommerce, consulting, financial services, or life sciences is a plus Admitted to the Minnesota or Illinois bar , eligible to waive in, or ready to obtain admission shortly after joining What Makes You a
