Creditors' Remedies Associate Attorney πŸ“ Minneapolis, Minnesota πŸ’° $205,000 - $260,000 + Comprehensive Benefits A respected Minneapolis-based law firm is seeking a Creditors' Remedies Associate Attorney to join its established and collaborative financial litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated matters involving creditors' rights, bankruptcy, financial litigation, and secured lending disputes within a fast-paced and team-oriented legal environment. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5+ years of relevant experience and a strong interest in representing financial institutions, secured lenders, loan servicers, and business clients in complex creditors' remedies and recovery matters. Responsibilities Manage creditors' remedies and financial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis Represent clients in negotiations, workouts, and dispute resolution efforts Advise financial institutions, lenders, and secured creditors on litigation strategy and risk exposure Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and status updates Handle multiple matters efficiently within a deadline-driven practice Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience in: Creditors' remedies Bankruptcy Financial litigation Secured creditor representation Workouts and recovery matters Prior experience representing banks, financial institutions, loan servicers, or secured lenders preferred Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel required Why Consider This Opportunity?
