Job Description

Cummins & Bonestroo Law Office, established in 1984, serves clients across Minnesota and Wisconsin with dedication and expertise. Specializing in areas such as Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Business Law, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation, we focus on personalized legal solutions tailored to individual needs. We emphasize a client-centered process by understanding each unique situation and delivering prompt, effective assistance for a wide variety of legal challenges.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000
Responsibilities:
Our firm is busy and growing, and has on-site positions for Probate and Trust Administration, Litigation, and Estate Planning Attorneys based in Stillwater, MN. These roles involve providing expert legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting related legal research. The attorneys will work closely with clients to navigate the intricacies of the legal processes while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and providing excellent legal representation.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with and knowledge of court procedures, settlements, and legal documents Strong skills in providing legal advice and guidance Experience in conducting thorough Research to support legal proceedings Experience drafting legal documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and fiduciary filings Compassionate and client-focused approach with clients and families Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Bar admission and license to practice in Minnesota (and Wisconsin is preferred) About Company Cummins & Bonestroo Law Office, established in 1984, serves clients across Minnesota and Wisconsin with dedication and expertise.
