Litigation Associate

Adams & Martin Group is working with a top firm in the Minneapolis market to identify a talented Civil Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This well-regarded firm offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated civil and commercial litigation matters in a collaborative, collegial environment with direct access to experienced trial attorneys and meaningful client responsibility. Responsibilities Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, business litigation, and complex civil cases Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials Directly interact with clients and opposing counsel Qualifications 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience Strong legal writing and analytical skills Experience with motion practice and discovery Minnesota bar admission (or ability to waive in) Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team Why This Opportunity?
