In the Litigation role, a successful candidate will work side-by-side with our current team of litigation attorneys to tackle complex factual, legal, and logistical issues. Managing plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial Interacting and negotiating with insurance companies and defense counselCommunicating and maintaining positive client relationshipsDraft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as requiredConduct and defend depositionsRepresent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trialsComply with all legal standards and regulationsKnowledge and Skills:
