Job Description
Employment Litigation Attorney Established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with 7-11 years of litigation experience to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who can independently manage matters, work directly with clients, and step into an active caseload with minimal ramp-up time. Responsibilities Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 7-11 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on employment matters Ability to independently manage a caseload and hit the ground running Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Trial experience is a plus Portable book of business is welcomed but not required This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term growth with a collaborative and well-established practice.
