We specialize in Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law, Contract Law, and Business Formation and Compliance. We are here to help individuals in our community fight for justice. Although we are a small law firm, we possess the tools, resources, and confidence to achieve success for a wide range of victims and families - no matter the size or strength of our opponent. We will always balance the scales of Justice. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Family Law Paralegal role located in Southaven, MS. The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to attorneys by organizing and preparing legal documents, conducting research on family law cases, and managing case files. Day-to-day tasks will also include reviewing documents, drafting correspondence, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Law, particularly in Family Law Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience and competence in conducting thorough Research related to legal cases Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Strong computer and software skills, including familiarity with case management systems At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role is preferred Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, or a Paralegal Certification is required A working knowledge of local, state, and federal legal processes is a valuable asset
