Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate or license (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in Family Law (required).

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management:

Support attorneys in managing cases, ensuring case files are organized and up to date.

Legal Research & Drafting:

Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.

Client Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Document Preparation & Filing:

Prepare, organize, and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies in accordance with deadlines and legal requirements.

Trial Preparation:

Assist attorneys in preparing exhibits, case files, and documentation for hearings and trials.

Administrative Support:

Maintain case files, manage attorneys' calendars, and track important deadlines to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate or license (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Law (required). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities. Proficient in legal case management software, and e-filing systems. Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:

$ 22-30 per hour. Based on experience
