Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. We are a small boutique firm located in Columbia Falls, MT. We are primarily a transactional firm specializing in estate planning and employment law. We have numerous business and municipal clients to whom we provide legal advice and assistance. We also are in the middle of a transition which means the candidate will be getting in early with new owner. Additionally, we are in the process of expanding our practice. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Assist in managing litigation cases by preparing discovery requests, organizing case files, and tracking deadlines. Provide guidance on estate planning strategies and assist clients with wills, trusts, and estate administration processes. Assist and provide legal advice to business and municipal clients on a daily basis regarding employment law issues and disputes with employees. Analyze potential employment law cases from the employee's perspective and assist in litigating such cases. Requirements Montana Bar License Full time position in person

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
