Job Description
We are actively seeking a NC-licensed Family Law Attorney with litigation experience who is ready to step into a fast-moving, client-focused practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in court, values collaboration, and wants to belong to a highly team-oriented firm that puts clients first. What You' ll Do Handle divorce and family law matters from intake through resolution Meet directly with clients to develop strategy and provide guidance Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence Appear in court and manage litigation responsibilities Meet billing expectations and contribute to firm growth Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants Travel to nearby counties as needed What We' re Looking For Active NC State Bar license in good standing 2+ years of Family Law experience, including litigation Ability to manage cases independently after onboarding Strong writing, research, and courtroom communication skills Highly-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Professional, empathetic, and client-centered demeanor Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Spanish fluency is a very significant plus, not required Compensation & Benefits $80K - $130K base salary, plus bonus potential Discretionary bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, holidays, sick time, mental health days, and bereavement leave Paid parental leave and jury duty CLEs and approved professional development Free legal services for employees Team events, retreats, and referral bonuses
