This is a full-time position for someone who is seeking long-term employment and is a hard-worker. Professional business dress and appearance is required. Must be a fast learner, independent and able to multi-task. Must be proficient and advanced in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook and be fast with the computer. Must be advanced with computers and technology. 2 Years of Paralegal experience in Family Law required. Notary Public required. The candidate must be able to jump right in and have knowledge of the Family Court local rules, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Word. This position requires the Paralegal to already know how to set-up Complaints, Answers, Discovery, Set-up Orders, knowledge with Absolute Divorces and Separation Agreements, etc. Must be able to multi-task as it is a fast-paced environment. Must be organized, self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and have the ability to interact with clients and potential clients.
