  • Waxhaw, NC Our small boutique law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney who is looking for a more balanced, flexible, and supportive work environment while continuing to practice meaningful legal work.

An attorney seeking a healthier work-life balance A parent who wants greater flexibility around family responsibilities An experienced attorney approaching retirement who still enjoys practicing law but prefers a lighter, more manageable caseload A motivated attorney who values autonomy, collegiality, and quality of life over large-firm pressure About the Firm We are a boutique litigation practice located in downtown Waxhaw, NC that values professionalism, collaboration, and practical results for our clients. We prioritize a respectful and low-drama work environment where attorneys can thrive personally and professionally. The firm focuses primarily on estate litigation and fiduciary litigation in SC and NC.
