(605) 305-3814 A highly respected and growing law firm in Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its thriving litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, work alongside accomplished litigators, and build a long-term career with a firm that values professional development and collaboration.
Qualifications:
✔ Active North Carolina Bar License (Required) ✔ 2+ years of legal experience ✔ Experience in Civil Litigation and/or Construction Litigation preferred ✔ Experience in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability Defense, and/or Construction Defect Litigation is a plus ✔ Deposition and mediation experience preferred ✔ Trial experience is a plus ✔ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities ✔ Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with the team ✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
What You'll Do:
