ATTORNEY

Associate General Counsel Job Summary:
Provide advice and guidance to ensure that Liberty Healthcare maintains business and operational practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.
Job Requirements:
Must have minimum two years' experience. Ability to manage contracts, including contract drafting and review. Must have law degree. Admitted to practice in the state in which the Liberty Healthcare maintains its headquarters/principle place of business, North Carolina. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, and business associates. Exposure to and/or familiarity with the following areas of law: healthcare, employment and labor, corporations, HIPAA, contracts, transactions, torts, property, cyber law and privacy.
