Job Description

Bruner Frank is a prominent, full-service law firm known for delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters and contribute meaningfully to client success. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to outstanding client service. Areas of Practice The Associate Attorney will support and, as experience allows, lead matters in various practice areas, including but not limited to: Corporate and Business Law General Litigation Real Estate Transactions Probate and Estate Planning Criminal Defense Family Law Personal Injury Assignment to specific practice areas will be based on the candidate's experience, demonstrated capabilities, and business development interests. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents Assist with case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations (as experience permits) Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters Manage client relationships and maintain high standards of communication Contribute to firm growth through professional development and networking Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Nebraska Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience, established work history, and demonstrated performance Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with firm contribution Paid time off and professional development support How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter via Indeed, or can also apply confidentially on through the careers portal on our website brunerfrank.com.
