Role:
Liberty Law Group is seeking a dedicated Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation to join our dynamic team in Omaha, NE. This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for clients and make a meaningful impact in their lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and hearings. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents. Advise clients on their rights and options regarding workers' compensation benefits. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards. Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations. Collaborate with medical professionals to gather evidence supporting claims. Provide exceptional client service through regular communication and updates.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Nebraska license required. Iowa license preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Commitment to client advocacy.
