Trust & Estate Attorney A well-established law firm in the New Hampshire is seeking a skilled Estate Administration & Probate Attorney to join its thriving practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused attorney looking to handle sophisticated estate matters in a collaborative, people-first environment that values work-life balance and professional development.
What You'll Do:
Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish Advise clients on probate, estate tax issues, and fiduciary responsibilities Draft and review wills, trusts, and estate planning documents Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in court proceedings and estate disputes Collaborate with a highly regarded legal team on complex estate cases
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in estate administration, probate, and trust law Knowledge of Colorado probate and estate tax laws Strong legal drafting and client counseling skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills Why Join Us?
