Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and finalize reinsurance endorsements, contracts, addenda, and related legal documents.
• Work with producers to revise reinsurance contracts for existing and new programs.
• Maintain database of approved contract wordings. Audit contract files for producer compliance to approved contract wordings.
• Research and develop new clauses.
• Update producers on reinsurance coverage changes.
• Advise and assist Claims department on coverage disputes and other regulatory issues.

• Bachelors degree and Juris Doctor.
• 4+ years of legal experience and state bar membership.
• Knowledge of the Insurance and Reinsurance industry regulations and products.
