Full Job Description About Us:
Pockell Law Office is a well-established, boutique law firm specializing in comprehensive estate planning, and probate administration. We provide personalized, high-quality legal services to families in Southern New Hampshire, focusing on estate planning, and probate and trust administration.
Job Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as more complex trusts to assist clients in special needs and asset protection planning. Assist with probate proceedings and trust administration. Conduct client consultations, assessing planning objectives, and developing effective, customized solutions. Work collaboratively with the team.
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in New Hampshire (in good standing). 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law (willing to consider talented junior attorney with right aptitude). Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. Empathetic, compassionate communication style suitable for working with seniors and families. Licensed in Massachusetts, Florida or Maine is a plus but not required.
