Job Description

Join our Team! Merrimack County Attorney's Office works to provide services within Merrimack County and partners with local agencies. The Investigator investigates felony and misdemeanor cases and follows up on important documents and information needed before hearings or trials.

//www.governmentjobs.com/careers/Merrimack/classspecs Degree from a recognized college or university with major study in Criminal Justice or a related field. Must have served as a sworn law enforcement officer with a minimum of five (5) years of criminal investigation experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. If candidate is not recognized by the New Hampshire Police Officers Standards and Training (POST) as a currently certified law enforcement officer, the candidate may be required to obtain such certification. Valid State of New Hampshire Driver's License. Criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
