Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or eligibility for admission to NY is a plus) Prior experience in trusts and estates law, including experience with some combination of: Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents Estate and trust administration Advising fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and family offices Estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and strong commitment to client service Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families is required A bit about us: - Our client is a full-service law firm with a well-established trusts and estates practice serving individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners. The New Jersey office works closely with clients on both planning and administration matters, including multigenerational estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax considerations.
