Job Description:
We are working with a well-respected corporate group seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of experience in corporate governance and securities matters, representing public companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise public company clients on corporate governance and securities matters Review and draft 1934 Act reports, proxy statements, and other public disclosures Counsel on stock exchange listing requirements and compliance Assist with capital markets transactions and public company M&A Support and second-chair complex, high-value transactions Engage directly with clients and senior attorneys on active matters
Qualifications:
3-6 years of relevant law firm experience Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills Excellent organization and matter management abilities Experience interacting directly with clients and managing deal components
