A rapidly growing, national law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Partner with a portable book of business to join and help scale a high-performing practice group. This is a strategic growth hire for a firm making a significant investment in expanding its insurance defense and litigation platform. Position Overview Join an established $9M insurance defense practice with aggressive growth goals Firm is targeting $6M-$8M in additional revenue growth in the near term Long-term vision to scale the group to $25M+ in revenue Opportunity to integrate into a collaborative, entrepreneurial partnership structure Ideal Candidate Portable book of business ($1M+ required, $2M+ preferred) Background in insurance defense, civil litigation, or related practice areas Experience handling complex litigation, carrier relationships, and institutional clients Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth and team building Open to candidates from mid-size, regional, or boutique firms (including solo practitioners) Practice Areas / Keywords Insurance Defense- Civil Litigation
