Associate Attorney - Workers Compentsation in Clifton,NJ,US

We have partnered with a well-established Personal Injury law firm to fill this Associate Workers' Compensation Attorney role ASAP due to ongoing case volume and growth within their Workers' Compensation practice. Key Responsibilities Handle Workers' Compensation matters from intake through resolution. Appear before the New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation for hearings, conferences, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence. Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy. Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Support senior attorneys with litigation and case management. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active New Jersey Bar admission (required). 0-4 years of Workers' Compensation experience (plaintiff or defense). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-volume practice.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
