Personal Injury / Workers Compensation Attorney

Overview A high-performing plaintiff-side law firm in North Jersey is seeking two attorneys to join its growing team: one focused on Personal Injury (Trial Attorney) and one focused on Workers' Compensation. This is a hands-on litigation role for attorneys who want to manage their own cases, drive strategy, and play a direct role in client outcomes. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements Prepare cases for litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Coordinate witnesses and organize exhibits Provide strong, responsive client service throughout the case lifecycle Qualifications Active New Jersey Bar admission required 2-5 years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation Trial experience required for Personal Injury Trial Attorney role Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $95,000 - $140,000, depending on experience Performance-based bonuses 401(k) plan 100% employer-paid health insurance Opportunity for growth and advancement within the firm Additional Information Full-time, onsite role in Clifton, NJ No remote option No visa sponsorship available BSD Business Consulting recruiting@bsdbusinessconsulting.com 203-457-6554
