About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and skilled attorney with a strong foundation in New Jersey family law. The ideal candidate is confident in litigation, comfortable managing a full caseload, and committed to providing high-quality, empathetic representation.

Responsibilities-Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues-Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents-Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, mediations, and trials-Represent clients in court, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution-Communicate consistently and compassionately with clients, keeping them informed and involved-Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategiesQualifications-J.D. from an accredited law school-Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)-4+ years of family law experience preferred-Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills-Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment-High attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent client-management skills
