Of Counsel - Tort and Insurance Defense

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced attorney for an Of Counsel position with a minimum of 5 years of tort and insurance defense litigation experience. Based in our Hackensack office, this role offers immediate client contact and responsibility, with opportunities to work on complex litigation matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRepresent clients in tort and insurance defense litigation mattersHandle depositions, motion practice, and court appearancesProvide strategic counsel and assume responsibility for client matters from the outsetDraft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documentsCollaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategiesManage multiple assignments independently while maintaining attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS
