Whitman Advisory is hiring on behalf of a premier CPA firm: High-Net-Worth (HNW) Tax Partner Competitive compensation: $300,000-$400,000+ (commensurate with experience) We are seeking an experienced HNW Tax Partner to lead and expand a private client tax practice. This role focuses on strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory for high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities (including family partnerships, trusts, and estates). The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to grow and manage client relationships. What you'll do Lead timely and accurate tax compliance for individual, fiduciary, and related entity filings while mitigating risk Provide technical leadership on complex individual and trust tax matters Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their advisors year-round Identify and deliver value-added advisory services (tax efficiencies, estate and gift planning, wealth transfer strategies) Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals Drive business development by cultivating relationships with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other referral sources Stay current on evolving tax law and industry trends impacting HNW clients Collaborate with estate attorneys, investment advisors, and family office professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions What they're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field CPA preferred 12+ years specializing in HNW tax advisory, with leadership experience Strong knowledge of federal and state tax law, estate and gift tax regulations, and wealth transfer strategies Proven business development ability and experience growing/managing a book of business
