The Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Attorney to handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases. The position offers mentorship from experienced attorneys, along with the opportunity to grow into a larger role within the firm over time. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands Conduct depositions and attend court appearances, mediations, and conferences Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel Assist in case evaluation, strategy, and resolution Qualifications Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey (Pennsylvania a plus) 2-5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred, but not required) Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines Professional, reliable, and responsive Comfortable taking ownership of work in a small firm setting Interest in contributing to the long-term growth of the practice is a plus Compensation $90,000 - $115,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonus structure Why This Role This position is best suited for an attorney who wants more than a traditional associate role—someone interested in developing their skills, taking on responsibility, and building a long-term career within a growing practice.
