This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to take on meaningful client work, develop their expertise, and grow within a collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced attorneys while also managing your own matters, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of family law issues including divorce, custody, support, and related matters. Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues Conduct legal research and draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and other legal documents Manage cases with an appropriate level of independence while collaborating with senior attorneys Maintain strong client relationships and provide thoughtful legal guidance throughout the litigation process. Qualifications 4+ years of family law experience Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required) Family law clerkship experience is a plus Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Compensation The anticipated salary range for this role is $130,000 - $200,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and credentials.
