The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on patent law, assisting clients in the protection of their intellectual property rights, and representing them in patent-related matters. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and file patent applications on behalf of clientsConduct patentability assessments and freedom-to-operate analysesRepresent clients in patent prosecution before governmental patent officesAdvise clients on patent law and intellectual property strategyConduct patent litigation and resolve disputes related to patent rightsStay updated on changes in patent law and industry trendsAssist in developing and implementing IP management strategies for clientsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionStrong understanding of patent law and intellectual property rightsExperience in patent prosecution and litigationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
