$200,000 - $300,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned Litigation Partner to join our esteemed firm. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and handle complex legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in various areas of law, including employment law, land use/zoning, education law, cannabis law, corporate & business litigation, government-related litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, a strong track record of success, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.
Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Partner, you will be responsible for: 1. Managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, including employment disputes, land use/zoning issues, education law matters, cannabis law issues, corporate & business litigation, government-related litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation. 2. Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. 3. Providing sound legal advice to clients on complex legal matters and potential litigation risks. 4. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients. 5. Collaborating with other partners, associates, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. 6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. 7. Keeping abreast of developments in the law and sharing knowledge with colleagues. 8. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's client base.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1. J.D. degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on employment law, land use/zoning, education law, cannabis law, corporate & business litigation, government-related litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation. 4. Proven track record of success in litigation, including trial experience. 5. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 6. Strong client service orientation and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong business development skills and ability to attract new clients. 9. High ethical standards and professional integrity. 10. Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
