Be part of a prestigious firm consistently ranked among the nation's best. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Roseland, NJ . Attorneys are entitled to work one day per week remotely if they choose. The attorney hired will be responsible for working on high-value personal injury , medical malpractice , and mass tort matters. The attorney will maintain their own caseload consisting of small to medium-sized cases while also assisting on larger matters .
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of litigation experience. Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting, Pleadings ,Legal briefs, Other legal documents. Strong analytical , organizational , and case management abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced , team-oriented environment.
