Responsibilities and practice Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join our nationally recognized Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Candidates should have 4-6 years of complex litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and experience in high-level insurance coverage litigation, dispute analysis, and coverage assessments. Our associates work collaboratively with our partners and clients, and are key members of our team. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal Conducting legal research and writing memoranda Drafting complex case analyses and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Conducting, propounding, and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions) Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel Analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions and related analyses This is an excellent opportunity to work with dedicated lawyers who are passionate about their work, all while enjoying the benefits of an international law firm. Pursuant to New Jersey law, the salary range for this position will be $275,000 to $300,000 based on experience and location. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
