Established New Jersey family law firm seeking an experienced family law attorney who wants the upside of running their own practice without the burden of managing a law firm.

Compensation Structure This is a production-based compensation model designed for entrepreneurial attorneys, not a traditional salaried associate position. Attorneys receive approximately one-third of collected revenue generated from their matters, with substantial upside potential. Attorneys who are productive and motivated can realistically earn $350,000+ annually.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years family law experience Strong litigation and client management skills Ability to independently manage cases Entrepreneurial mindset New Jersey bar admission required This position is best suited for attorneys seeking autonomy, income upside, and long-term growth rather than fixed compensation.

Pay:
