Job Description

Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$120,000 - $165,000 per year Job Details -
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases independently from inception through resolution. Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents. Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates and strategic guidance. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and contribute to case strategy.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New Jersey. 1 - 3 years of experience in litigation, with a strong understanding of case management. Familiarity with insurance policy interpretation and application is a plus. Judicial Clerkship is preferred but not required. Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to handle multiple matters and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Professional, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
