Job Description:
An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its growing U.S. Corporate practice in their New York City office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate looking for meaningful client interaction, substantive responsibility, and a clear path toward developing long-term client relationships within a collaborative and entrepreneurial practice. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced partners, assume significant responsibility early, and take on first-chair roles with sophisticated and growing clients. About the Role The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with SEC reporting and public company representation, along with exposure to a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including: Capital markets transactions Mergers & acquisitions General corporate counseling Corporate governance matters Qualifications 4-6 years of comparable law firm experience in a strong corporate/securities practice Significant experience with SEC reporting and public company representation required Experience with M&A and capital markets transactions preferred J.D. required Admission to the bar in the state you live/ practice in Why Join This nationally recognized corporate practice advises clients across industries including technology and life sciences on sophisticated transactional and governance matters.
