We focus on Real Estate, Trust & Estates, and Business law, providing clients with a high level of service, attention to detail, and integrity in every matter we handle. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is also fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about helping clients navigate important life and business decisions. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents. Handle estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other attorneys. Manage multiple files with accuracy and attention to deadlines. Collaborate with team members to enhance firm operations and client experience. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Trust & Estates law preferred, but motivated recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply. Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small firm setting.
