This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are passionate about family law and want to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle family law matters from intake through resolution Draft and argue motions Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of family law litigation and negotiation experience Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree Active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Client-focused mindset and ability to work independently
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
