Associate Attorney (2-5 Years Experience)

Pay Range:
$100,000-$140,000/year DOE Astuno & Associates, APC is a growing boutique, multi-jurisdictional law firm representing individuals, families, business owners, and companies in a broad range of matters, including: Commercial litigation Real estate disputes and transactions Family law Estate litigation and estate planning Business and corporate matters While we handle serious and often high-conflict matters, we believe people do their best work in a supportive, collaborative, and intellectually engaging environment. We take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We are seeking an associate attorney with approximately 2-5 years of experience who is looking for more than a narrow support role. The attorneys who thrive here are intellectually curious, strategically minded, responsive, and capable of exercising sound judgment under pressure. This is not a highly siloed practice. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing complex, fast-moving matters across multiple practice areas. What the Role Looks Like This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. The right candidate will have the opportunity to: Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters Develop both litigation and transactional experience Develop direct client relationship skills Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and case strategy Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy over time Responsibilities
  • Draft motions, pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and factual analysis
  • Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
  • Assist with case strategy, litigation management, and transactional matters
  • Manage deadlines, calendars, and multiple case workflows effectively Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of litigation and/or transactional experience
  • Active admission to the Nevada bar required
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
  • Excellent organizational and case-management skills
  • Professional judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail
