The Role You will be on the front lines of justice. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will manage a dynamic caseload, from initial arraignments to complex felony negotiations and trials.

Your day-to-day will include:

Advocacy:

Representing clients in Clark County Justice Court, District Court, and municipal courts throughout Southern Nevada.

Strategy:

Drafting motions, conducting discovery reviews, and developing creative defense theories.

Litigation:

Taking cases to trial and fighting for "Not Guilty" verdicts.

Collaboration:

Required Qualifications:

Licensed & Active:

Member in good standing of the State Bar of Nevada .

Courtroom Ready:

Comfortable "on your feet" and able to command a courtroom.

Outcome-Focused:

Dependable:

You are the "calm in the storm" for clients facing their most difficult moments. The "Vegas Edge" (Preferred Experience): Former Public Defender or District Attorney experience.
