Job Description

Plaintiff personal injury litigation attorney, 2+ years experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demands. Carry out depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences Appear at hearings and court proceedings. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel. Negotiate settlements. Work with paralegals and support staff to resolve cases.
