Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Personal Injury Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is eager to take cases through all stages of litigation, including trial, and is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Provide strategic legal analysis and recommendations

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Nevada, it's a plus if you're licensed in Arizona 5+ years of relevant litigation experience Trial experience or a strong willingness to go to trial Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness
