Position available immediately. Great opportunity for someone valuing work/life balance and seeking a long tenure. Ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in New York and possess solid court calendar, research, writing, analytical and organizational skills. Responsibilities will include, all under partner supervision: drafting pleadings; drafting motions; handling remote (and occasional in-person) court appearances; and communicating with adversaries and clients. Position will be based in the firm's Westchester County office.
