Job Description:

A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Counsel-level attorney to join the contracts subgroup within its Corporate Department. The practice handles a sophisticated mix of transactional contracts related work including NDAs, consulting, vendor, and licensing agreements. The ideal candidate has strong training and extended transactional experience at a major law firm and is comfortable with a contracts-focused practice. This is an off-track role with real potential to move on-track over time, particularly for an attorney who can build a book.
