Real Estate Attorney

Job Summary We are a well-established boutique law firm focusing on real estate transactions and estate planning seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 5 years of experience to head our real estate team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and motivated to make this a career path. A solid background in real estate transactions is a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

This position offers real autonomy and the opportunity to take the lead on real estate transactions while receiving support and mentorship. Provide legal counsel on residential real estate transactions (Closings). Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, along with deeds and closing documents. Conduct due diligence on real estate, including title search and survey review. Manage client relationships and network for new business. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar (or pending)
