Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Legal & Contracts Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating contract administration, claims management, litigation support, and related legal matters while ensuring deadlines are met and matters are followed through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and experience working with contracts, claims, or legal matters. Responsibilities Review customer and vendor contracts and identify potential areas of risk. Prepare contract revision recommendations for management review and approval. Coordinate legal correspondence, litigation matters, and communication with outside counsel. Manage claims involving property damage, vehicle damage, and other incidents arising from company operations. Track deadlines, open matters, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution. Maintain organized contract, legal, and claims files through scanning, filing, and document management. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, insurance representatives, vendors, and claimants. Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed. Support company leadership with contract, legal, and administrative matters. Qualifications Previous experience in contract administration, legal support, claims management, paralegal work, risk management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong vocabulary, reading comprehension, and attention to detail. Ability to review contracts and identify potential business risks. Assertive, professional, and confident communicator. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software. Experience with document scanning, filing, and records management.
