Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time in-person role for our Commercial Litigation Department for an associate. (bar passage and admission required). As a part of our Commercial Litigation Team you will be responsible for complete case management for certain of our commercial litigation clients. With the initial support of supervising attorneys, and our experienced paralegals, you will receive on the job training and assistance to master your skill set in the litigation process, including drafting papers, research, managing the arbitration and litigation process as client counsel, including Trial Experience. You will receive extensive training. You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally with clients, as of the start of your role you will have client access. This position is perfect for a young attorney serious about developing an extensive and complete litigation skill set. Exposure to the firm's other practice areas is necessary given our team oriented approach and environment.
